What we collect

What you give us when you apply or update your profile: your name, email, phone, company, role, the details that define your seat (such as specialty, industry or revenue band), your GHIN number and handicap, and a photo if you add one. We also keep your event RSVPs, guests you register, pairings, scores and dues records.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your name and email address from them, and use them only to confirm you are a member. We never see or store your Google or Microsoft password.

How we use it

To run the club: reviewing applications, the member directory, events, pairings, handicaps, scoring, dues and the emails that go with them. Other members of your chapter can see your directory profile. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

Our data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel. Club email is sent by Resend. Dues are paid through Stripe, which holds your card details; we never see or store your card number.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email club@betweenroundsclub.com.
